Can Man Solutions
1. Overview
Can Man Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides bin-to-curb waste management services for residential and commercial clients. By using our service, you (“client,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
We will transport your garbage, recycling, and/or compost bins from their designated storage location to the curb the evening before your scheduled municipal waste collection and return them to the designated area after collection is completed.
• Service is provided weekly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Service days and times are based on municipal collection schedules and may vary.
• We do not guarantee exact service times, only that service will be performed within the applicable service window.
3. Service Area
Our service area includes most of Toronto and surrounding regions, including Peel, Halton, and York.
Service availability is subject to route feasibility, distance, and operational capacity. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service outside our standard service areas.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Our standard subscription rate is $49.99/month for up to 3 bins.
- Additional bins or special service requirements may incur additional fees.
- All subscriptions are month-to-month (28-day cycle) with no long-term contract or commitment.
- Payments are due monthly in advance via e-transfer to sales@canmansolutions.com unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients agree to:
- • Ensure bins are accessible, unlocked, and safe to handle on service days.
- • Maintain clear, unobstructed pathways to bins, including snow and ice removal.
- • Notify us in advance of any changes to bin location or municipal collection schedules.
- • Report service issues, missing bins, or missed collections within 24 hours.
- Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in skipped service without refund or credit.
6. Missed Service & Weather
While we strive for reliable service, delays or cancellations may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, municipal service interruptions, blocked or unsafe access, or emergency conditions.
Clients will be notified when possible. Make-up service may be provided at our discretion when conditions allow and when operationally feasible. Missed services caused by these circumstances do not qualify for refunds or credits.
In cases where severe weather is forecasted on or near a scheduled collection day, we reserve the right to place bins curbside up to 48 hours in advance. This proactive placement is considered a completed service for that scheduled week.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Can Man Solutions is not responsible for:
- • Municipal collection delays, cancellations, or missed pickups
- • The condition or placement of bins after municipal collection
- • Damage to bins caused by city equipment, third parties, animals, or weather
- • Overflowing, overweight, or improperly packed bins
- • Fines, tickets, or violations issued by municipalities
- Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected billing period.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
• Non-payment or repeated late payment
• Unsafe conditions or repeated access issues
• Misuse or abuse of service
• Operational infeasibility
Repeated missed access due to client-related conditions may result in permanent service cancellation.
9. Privacy
Client information is used solely for service communication, scheduling, and billing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties except where required by law.
10. Bin Identification Stickers
Clients agree that Can Man Solutions may place a small company identification sticker on garbage, recycling, or organics bins at the service address to help our team identify the correct bins during service. These stickers are for operational purposes and should not be removed while service is active.
11. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the service after any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
