Can Man Solutions

1. Overview

Can Man Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides bin-to-curb waste management services for residential and commercial clients. By using our service, you (“client,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

We will bring your garbage, recycling, and/or compost bins to the curb the evening before your scheduled city waste collection, and return them to your designated area after collection is complete. Services are provided weekly unless otherwise agreed.

3. Service Area

Our service currently covers most of Toronto and surrounding regions including Peel, Halton, and York. If your address is not in our listed service area, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Our standard subscription rate is $49.99/month for up to 3 bins.
  • Additional bins or special service requirements may incur additional fees.
  • All subscriptions are month-to-month (28-day cycle) with no long-term contract or commitment.
  • Payments are due monthly in advance via e-transfer to sales@canmansolutions.com unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 2-week free trial for new clients (unless otherwise stated). After the trial, billing automatically begins unless the client cancels in writing before the trial ends.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure bins are accessible and unlocked on service days.
  • Notify us in advance if your bins will not be in their usual location or if your collection schedule has changed.
  • Any issues such as missing bins or collection delays must be reported to us within 24 hours.

7. Missed Service & Weather

While we aim to be 100% reliable, in rare cases extreme weather or road closures may delay or cancel service. We will notify clients and make up service when possible.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • City collection delays or missed pickups
  • How bins are placed back by city workers
  • Damage to bins caused by third parties
  • Overflowing or improperly packed bins

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse, unsafe conditions, or if the service is no longer feasible.

10. Privacy

Client contact information is used solely for service communication and billing. We do not sell or share your data.

11. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the service after any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
